• Push notification token: If you grant permission, we collect a device token to send you tournament updates, announcements, and direct messages within the app.

The App does not collect:

• Email addresses or passwords
• Phone numbers
• Location data
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Financial or payment information
• Device identifiers beyond push notification tokens
• Browsing history or usage analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely to:

• Display your personalized tournament schedule
• Send real-time tournament announcements and score updates
• Enable direct messaging between participants

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your information with any third parties. Your name and push notification token are stored securely in our database and are only accessible by tournament administrators.

5. Data Storage

All data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Data is retained only for the duration of the Strawberry Festival event and will be deleted within 30 days following the event.

6. Push Notifications

Push notifications are optional. You may decline notification permissions when prompted, or disable them at any time through your device's Settings app. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the App.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by guests of the Strawberry Festival, a private family event. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The App is not directed at children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
