Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Strawberry Festival App and any text message communications sent by Parra Services Group in connection with the Strawberry Festival private event.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the App, providing your phone number or email address at login, or receiving text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or provide your contact information.

2. Private Event — Invitation Only

The Strawberry Festival is a private, invitation-only event. Access to the App is limited to guests whose phone number or email address has been registered by the event hosts. A shared passcode may be provided as a fallback for guests whose contact information is not on file. Sharing access credentials with uninvited individuals is not permitted.

4. How You Opt In to Text Messages

App login — Entering your phone number in the App to receive a one-time verification code constitutes consent to receive SMS communications related to the event
Guest registration — Providing your phone number to the event hosts during the invitation or RSVP process
In person — Providing your number and verbal consent to the event host directly

5. App Use

The App is provided solely to facilitate the Strawberry Festival event experience, including authentication, tournament schedules, scores, announcements, and guest communication. You agree not to:

Share, copy, or distribute App content outside the event
Attempt to access features or data not intended for your role
Use the App for any commercial or unauthorized purpose

6. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App and event are provided "as is." Parra Services Group is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, participation in the event, or reliance on any information provided through the App or text messages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App or text message services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
